Tired of her meal of curds and whey, Miss Muffet decides to switch lunches with a spider. When that doesn't work, a friendly nurse encourages her to spice up her meal of curds and whey with variety. With the help of Mr. Broccoli, Miss Orange, and some delightful songs, she stresses the importance of eating healthy with at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day.
